Purpose and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Close More Customers (“CMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when someone visits our website, requests an Instant Google Audit, contacts us, or uses services we provide.

CMC supports local and multi-location businesses through managed Google Business Profile services, local search, reputation and review workflows, conversational AI, lead response and follow-up, reporting, and related conversion services.

Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, business name, location, and the details submitted through a form, call, message, or meeting request.
• Business information: public profile information, services, locations, hours, website details, reviews, and other information needed to assess or manage local visibility.
• Authorized service data: information a client authorizes CMC to access through Google or another connected business system.
• Website and device information: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and similar diagnostic or analytics information.
• Communications: messages, call or meeting details, support requests, and communication preferences.

How we use information

• Respond to questions, audit requests, and service inquiries.
• Provide, configure, support, secure, and improve CMC services.
• Manage authorized Google profiles, reviews, local-search information, lead workflows, and reporting.
• Communicate about service activity, appointments, requested follow-up, and material policy changes.
• Detect misuse, protect accounts, troubleshoot problems, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Google and connected services

CMC accesses a connected account only after the account owner or an authorized administrator grants permission. We use that access to perform the requested service and follow the permissions, controls, and client instructions that apply to the implementation. Access can be changed or revoked through the connected provider or by contacting CMC.

Conversational AI

Information submitted through an AI-enabled conversation may be processed by service providers used to deliver that workflow. CMC configures these workflows for the approved business purpose and limits access according to the implementation. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the requested service and the business has instructed you to provide it.

How information is shared

CMC may share information with service providers and contractors that help operate the website or deliver an authorized service; with integrations a client asks us to connect; when required to comply with law or protect people, rights, and systems; or during an ownership change where appropriate safeguards apply.

CMC does not sell personal information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages and communications

If you separately opt in to text messages, CMC may use the number you provide for the communications described at the point of consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or contact CMC for help.

Cookies and analytics

CMC may use necessary cookies and limited analytics technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand site performance, and improve the customer experience. Browser controls can be used to limit cookies, although some site features may not function as intended.

Retention and security

Children

CMC services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
